Processing Time All Flora & Mycena pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Custom orders can take much longer.

Free Return Shipping (Netherlands) Customers in the Netherlands benefit from free return shipping. For all other destinations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Fragile Items All our ceramic pieces are carefully packaged to withstand transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at floramycena@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs & Import Duties For orders within the EU, no customs duties apply. For international orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may be charged by your local authority. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
