By visiting our store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us Flora & Mycena is a handmade pottery studio based in the Netherlands. We create ceramic pieces inspired by nature and fantasy. All products are handmade and may vary slightly from product photos — this is a natural characteristic of handcrafted work, not a defect.

2. Orders By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of pricing errors or stock issues. You will be notified promptly if this occurs and any payment will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Unionpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and iDeal. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping We ship to the Netherlands, across the European Union, Canada, United Kingdom and the United States. Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in our [Shipping Policy]. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds Our return and refund policy is outlined separately in our [Return & Refund Policy]. EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

6. Handmade Products All Flora & Mycena pieces are made by hand. Minor variations in glaze, texture, and dimensions are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including product photos, descriptions, and designs — is the property of FloraMycena. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, FloraMycena is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. EU consumers also retain the rights granted to them under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

10. Cleaning We advice anyone to clean their product before using it.
